The Boards of Friends of the Earth

Friends of the Earth consists of two separate companies which work closely together.

The Board members are mostly elected by our local groups network in the following regions:-



Other board members are recruited by the boards on the basis of skills and experience.

The Boards of Friends of the Earth have 4 Committees each.

  • Activism
    Monitors participation and activism of our groups and supporters.
  • Governance
    Monitors the performance of the boards, their committees and their members.
  • Resources
    Monitors the resources needed to carry out our work.
