Ask David Cameron to talk half as much rubbish4 March 2011
Are you sick of having to throw stuff away that could be recycled or reused?
We are. And we need your help to make sure the Government's new waste review puts things right. It's focussed on England's rubbish but it'll have a huge impact across the UK.
Please fill in your details below and send Mr Cameron a clear message - that he must set an ambitious goal to help homes and businesses reuse and recycle more and waste less.

What people are saying
Susan, Tunbridge Wells
Why can't people take things that have been dumped by others at the Waste Transfer station? Why can't it be a re-use centre where residents can take and collect items eg wood, building waste, furniture, bikes etc?
Duncan, Newcastle Upon Tyne
It's ridiculous that something so simple as collecting compost doesn't happen in all parts of the UK. It can be used to generate electricity as well as decreasing the amount of rubbish sent to landfill. Makes sense doesn't it?
Sara, Malmesbury
Bottles from pubs are not apparently collected for recycling locally and are taken to landfill. If this is the case in many other places it makes nonsense of domestic glass recycling when bars and restaurants have so many bottles to dispose of.
Carl, Wirral
Why cant we invest in technology that enables all councils to recycle all types of plastic not just bottles? It doesn't make sense that I'm still throwing away plastic into landfill when the technology is out there.
Michele, Peterborough
I live in a building, there are only communal bins and the recycling is poor. Would be great to have a bin for organic waste as well!
