Ask red and blue to go green
Friends of the Earth is calling on Gordon Brown and David Cameron to strengthen the Climate Change Bill.
We want them to support two key changes to the Bill before it becomes law.
- Cut emissions to at least 80% by 2050.
- Include emissions from international aviation and shipping.
The Liberal Democrats appear to be very supportive of these changes, but the Conservatives and the Labour party are not yet behind us.
Take action
We would like you to send a message to both David Cameron and Gordon Brown. Please ask them to support a stronger Climate Change Bill.
