Please sign our petition for local carbon cuts as the Energy Bill approaches its climax.
The Government says it wants to help councils cut carbon locally.
But it doesn't seem to want to do it now.
The Energy Bill is meant to drive energy efficiency nationwide - but might leave out council action.
Please sign our petition to Energy and Climate Change Minister Greg Barker - calling on the Government not to miss this crucial opportunity to green our villages, towns and cities.
