Over half of MPs support The Big Ask!

Great news. Over half of all MPs (and rising) have declared their support for The Big Ask.

Launch of the Big Ask at the House of Commons

Norman Baker (Lib Dem), Michael Meacher (Lab) and Tim Yeo (Cons) at the launch of the Climate Change Bill.

380 MPs (out of a total of 646) have now signed a parliamentary petition in support of annual year on year cuts of climate change emissions. Find out whether your MP has signed here.

So if any of you have been wondering whether sending a postcard or email really makes a difference - the answer is a clear and resounding "Yes"!

Tens of thousands of you have contacted your MP, and this has really put the pressure on. However, we need to build on the success so far - and develop even more support amongst MPs.

Keeping the pressure on

If you would like to do even more, we have plenty of ideas and would love to hear from you - just contact Alex in the climate team!
