Friends of the Earth's tenth blueprint for a green Budget:
This blueprint for a green Budget explains the central role of eco-tax
reform and shifts in government spending in creating a dynamic economy
that respects environmental limits and improves the wellbeing of all.
Specifically it sets out measures the Chancellor can, and should, include
in this Budget to progress towards a sustainable economy.
