Forging relationships
If you don't know where to start, or need a bit of help overcoming a particular part of the alliance building process you could look at these 15 minute exercises. These cover some aspects of alliance building work and can be undertaken in your groups or by yourself. You can either pick exercises that cover areas you are struggling with or complete them all as a longer programme.
