Pathways to 40% CO2 cuts21 August 2009
Friends of the Earth has commissioned research showing how councils can reduce their emissions by 40% by 2020.
The research, by Carbon Descent, models how different local authority types can reach 40% emissions cuts.
The results show that 40% cuts by 2020 is possible - and shows what mix of policies is best for different types of councils.
