Local group resources

Getting help

We support you and your group in a number of ways. Here's how to get the help you need...

Regional staff:

Regional staff provide hands-on support. They help set-up, develop, expand and run groups. And they assist with campaigns you're working on. Find the staff member(s) for your region.

A general local group enquiry?

Your first port of call should be the Activism Development Team, or your Network Developer if you're in Wales or Northern Ireland.

A general enquiry about Friends of the Earth's work or campaigns?

Please contact the Supporter Information Team. Make sure you tell them you're from a local group so they can prioritise your enquiry.

Need local group resources?

Contact the Publications Despatch Team to order publicity materials - rainjackets, T-shirts, table covers, recruitment leaflets and posters etc - or free information leaflets. You can also order items from the Friends of the Earth Shop. Call them on 020 7490 1555 or send an email.

Wish to make a complaint?

If you wish to make a complaint about a local group, please refer to the Complaints Procedure. It's attached to the local group Partnership Agreement.

Then contact the Activism Development Team - or your Network Developer if you're in Wales or Northern Ireland - to discuss this further. If you wish to make a complaint about Friends of the Earth, our work or campaigns, please contact our Supporter Information Team.
