Local Group Start-Up Grant8 November 2010
New groups can apply for a £100 start-up grant to help with the initial stages of running a group - e.g. hiring a meeting room, putting on a launch event etc.
To apply for this grant, your group must already be officially licensed (go to the Starting a Group page if you've not done this yet). To request your grant, please email us with the following information:
- your group name
- the account payee for the cheque (ideally, you will have already set up a group bank account, but in exceptional circumstances, we can send the cheque to the group Coordinator or Treasurer instead)
- the address to which we should send the cheque
- a brief description of what you plan to use the £100 for
