Partnership Agreement renewal

All of our local groups need to renew their Partnership Agreement every year.

The 2011-2012 renewal process:

All local groups will receive the Partnership Agreement renewal form for 2011-2012 in mid-September. The deadline for returning the form, along with a cheque for the £20 relicensing fee, is 31 December 2011

Completed forms need to be sent to: Friends of the Earth, Supporter Services Unit, 56-58 Alma Street, LUTON LU1 2PH

All completed renewal forms received before the deadline will be entered into a prize draw to win one of five free copies of the 10th anniversary edition of The Good Shopping Guide. The five winning groups will be selected at random and notified in early 2012.

Spare copies of the form can be requested by emailing us or by contacting your Network Developer.

What if our details change before the next renewal?

Please update your group's website with the updated contact details - follow these instructions. If your Coordinator or Internal Contact changes, please tell your Network Developer so that we can update our database and make sure your group continues to receive any communications from us.
