We have a number of different ways of supporting you and your group. Here's how to get the help you need:
Every group has a designated Network Developer whose main aim is to provide the hands-on support that your group needs. They can help you set-up, develop, expand and run your group and assist with the specific campaigns you're working on. Find the Network Developer for your region.
Our Local and Regional Campaigners have a key role in implementing the 'Get Serious about CO2' campaign and supporting local groups with their campaigning by offering practical help, expert advice and political insights. Find the Local and Regional Campaigner for your region.
Your first port of call should be your Network Developer, but if you can't get hold of them, please contact the Support Co-ordinator in the Activism Team on 020 7566 1677 or via email.
Please contact the Supporter Information Team. Make sure you tell them you are from a local group so that they can prioritise your enquiry.
Contact the Publications Despatch Team to order publicity materials (e.g. rainjackets, T-shirts,table covers, recruitment leaflets and posters etc) or free information leaflets. You can also order items from the Friends of the Earth Shop. Call them on 020 7490 1555 or send an email.
If you wish to make a complaint concerning a local group, please refer to the specific processes detailed in the Complaints Procedure attached to the local group Partnership Agreement. Please then contact your Network Developer to discuss this further. If you wish to make a complaint about Friends of the Earth, our work or campaigns, please contact our Supporter Information Team.
