Climate change is one of the most serious threats that the human species has had to face in its history.

By 2080 the UK Climate Impacts Programme predicts that Wales will likely experience:

There will also be more extreme weather events:

Such climate changes will have adverse implications on public health and safety, buildings and their insurance, tourism, agriculture, coastal erosion, forests, moorland, rare plant species and wildlife.
