A strong climate change law would transform the way England's cities operate.

Friends of the Earth is calling for the bill to have:

The best city leaders are realising successful cities will be the ones that shift to thriving as a low carbon economy.

Paul de Zylva,
Head of Friends of the Earth England

City leaders will need to press the Government to improve its proposed climate change law to complement the committment that they have made.
