Booking accommodation for Conference17 June 2011
You'll need to book your accommodation directly with EMCC.
Residential Delegates:
As with previous years at Nottingham, Friends of the Earth won't be booking OR allocating accommodation for delegates.
If you want to stay on site you must book and pay for accommodation by contacting The East Midlands Conference Centre directly on 0115 846 8000.
They'll take your booking and payment. Please don't include your accommodation payment with your attendance fee.
Bedroom & breakfast prices this year:
(Standard) £ 26.50 + VAT per person, per night
(En-suite) £41.50 + VAT per person, per night
Please call the EMCC Sales Office directly to make your accommodation bookings on 0115 846 8000 and say you're booking accommodation for the Friends of the Earth Local Groups Conference 2011.
Please supply them with your credit/debit card details and room requirements when placing your booking.
Once your payment has been made, the EMCC Sales Office will send you a confirmation email together with a campus plan and a copy of your payment receipt.
