How to book
There are two ways you can book for the gathering:
By post: download and print the postal booking form and return this to us by post (with payment by cheque or credit card).
By email: download the email booking form and email this to us (with payment by cheque or phone).
When to book by
The deadline for bookings is Friday 8 June. However if cost is a barrier to attending and you'd like to apply for a subsidised place, please contact us to agree this by 30 May.
