Let's do it together: 4 February
Thank you to everyone who came to the Greater South East Regional gathering. We hope you had as much fun as we did.
Despite forecasts of snow, over 60 of you from across the region came along on what proved to be a fantastic day.

Highlights of the day
We heard an update on our national campaigns and ran in-depth sessions on a number of issues. You can keep up to speed with all our campaigns through Campaign Hubs.
Through the magic of a Twitterfeed we even managed to link up with other gatherings happening on the same day.
Those at events in Liverpool and Birmingham joined in the virtual conversation.
Sharing skills
We linked up the street theatre and film making workshops to run and film the Final Demand stunt.
We also offered practical training on:

- Giving a good media interview
- Supporting local renewable energy projects

We put together the first of a planned series of training videos - the first on how to give a good media interview.
Making a change
After lunch we heard from a number of inspiring speakers in our panel discussion. We invited friends from:
to talk about different ways of making practical environmental change.
The feedback we got on the discussion was really positive. We hope to do something similar next time.
