Friends of the Earth receives hundreds of enquiries each month. To make it easier for you to find the answer to your question please see the options below.
1. Searching saves you time
We receive lots of common enquiries. For an instant answer to your question please see our Frequently Asked Questions. You can also search our website.
All the information about our work is available online. This enables us to spend more money on our campaigns.
2. Email us
If you can't find the answer to your question on our website, please use this form to send us your enquiry. We're a small team dealing with a large number of enquiries and it may take us a while to get back to you, so thanks in advance for your patience.
If you're a supporter and would like to tell us about a change of address, please use this form.
Please note that we don't respond to sales or marketing emails.

Call us if you have an urgent enquiry about your support or our campaigns. Lines are open 9am to 5pm, Mon-Fri.

4. Write to us
You're welcome to send us a letter, but please consider saving paper and emailing us instead. It will usually take us longer to respond to a letter than an email. Please make your letter as brief as possible.

6. How to find us
Directions to Friends of the Earth's head office in London
- Leave Old Street station from exit 1.
- Walk up City Road.
- Turn right into Shepherdess Walk.
- Turn fourth right into Underwood Street.
- Underwood Street is an 'L' shaped road. Friends of the Earth is located in the corner of the L.
