Friends of the Earth is teaming up with the Prince Charles Cinema for a series of special showings of An Inconvenient Truth.

Each screening will give you the chance to quiz a leading politician on climate change.

The first screening is on Monday 26th Feb at the Prince Charles Cinema, just off Leicester Square, London. Other screenings will include David Cameron and Ming Campbell.

Environment Secretary David Miliband and Friends of the Earth Director Tony Juniper will be there to take your questions.

We've got 5 pairs of tickets to give away. If you fancy coming  - tell us what you'd like to ask David Miliband in a post below.

We'll let you know if you've won by email on Monday morning.

PS. If you can't make it but still want to enter - just add "can't make it" to your message. If you win - we'll have rummage in our goodie box and send you something by snail mail.

What targets will the Government set to ensure that Climate Change happens globally as well as locally in a 'joined-up' way?

I cycled here, my bike is locked just round the corner, it was a great ride.  How did you travel here and what's your vision of sustainable transport for UK cities?

The Centre for Sustainable Energy reported in November 2006 on Personal Carbon Allowances (http://www.cse.org.uk/pdf/pub1067.pdf. Are the issues raised in the report being worked through by Defra or its consultants? Is any kind of pilot possible or planned?  Have Defra officials been able to usefully engage with Treasury officials; is the Treasury doing any feasibility work under its own steam? Assuming that all barriers can be removed, do have any idea what the earliest possible introduction date might be and what is the critical path? Thanks.

'The government aims to have 5% of automotive fuel supplied by biofuel by 2010. If we are unable to develop more efficient biofuels without hammering food production or using palm oil associated with deforestation, will the government reconsider this target?'

The time is confusing; the competition's open until March but the showing is this Monday... if thatis the only showing, then I can't make it!

Why can't we follow Australia's example and ban the sale of inefficient light bulbs.

Sorry my fault. The showing is on Monday - but there'll be a chance to quiz Ming Campbell (March 19) & David Cameron (tba) at other showings.

What incentive do people have to use public transport and cycle ?

To me it seems that there isn't much of an incentive. There are not many safe off road cycle paths and public transport is expensive and not that reliable (not in the lancs.

According to the Kyoto Protocol, when we import and use goods from other countries - from the Far East for example - most of the CO2 released in their production and distribution is not counted as part of our emissions.  How is Britain using its international influence to close this loophole?
