Support Boddington Reservoir Wind Turbine
21 March 2011

A new wind turbine is proposed in Northamptonshire on the Boddington Reservoir.

Did you know?

The single turbine will supply the average electricity demand for around 713 homes.

Clean and safe solutions

The UK has committed to new EU energy targets to generate 15% of all the UK's energy from renewable sources by 2020. To meet its share the UK must make use of our abundant supplies of wind energy.

Approving projects like this is vital if we're serious about meeting these targets.

Let's make it happen

The developer, Partnerships for Renewables, has consulted widely with both the public and statutory authorities.

Local support

Boddington Reservoir wind turbine is supported by local people from the Pro Wind Alliance.

Please join them in calling on Daventry District Council to approve the project and help cut carbon dioxide emissions.
