Will anyone lend me a green new year's resolution?

I'm rubbish at new year's resolutions.

January is the morning of the year - painful and confusing - so why bother trying to push myself?

Well this year I've got a reason - you lot.

Hundreds of you have sent in your green resolutions, from monitoring local wildlife to joining our Big Green Bike ride, so I've decided to steal your ideas and actually make some more.

The one I set myself (switching my new flat to a green energy supplier) was a bit too easy. So now I'm looking through yours to pick a new one.

I'll let you know which I choose next week. Although I can already say that I won't be giving up my car (don't have one), making my garden wildlife friendly (don't have one) or recycling my partner (do have one, but she wouldn't like it).

If you've got any more suggestions please send in your own green resolution today.
