The Big Climate Connection

We visited Julie Hilling MP and Yasmin Qureshi MP as part of a mass lobby of Members of Parliament, in their constituencies, organised by Stop Climate Chaos, which took place on Friday 5th and Saturday 6th of November. We spoke to them about the UN climate talks that will take place in Cancun, in Mexico, in December. We also told them about Friends of the Earth's Get Serious about CO2 Campaign and other ways in which Parliament could legislate to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. We were very pleased with their positive response. We have also written to David Crausby MP who was not able to meet us during the weekend of the action.
