About us

When and where?

The group meets on the last Wednesday of each month at 7pm in the Peace Chapel, Desmond Tutu House, Great Horton Road, opposite the University and next door to the Treehouse Cafe.

About this group

We're a relatively new Friends of the Earth group covering the Bradford district. Everyone's welcome to come along to join in or just find out what we're up to.

We've recently been involved in the Big Ask, campaigning for a strong Climate Change Bill. We are looking forward to getting more involved in local community projects including visiting schools and promoting Friends of the Earth with a recycling initiative at this year's Bradford Mela. We will be involved in FoE's forthcoming Food Chain campaign starting in Summer 2009.
