When and where?

Meetings are normally held on the last Wednesday of the month at Chalker's Snooker Club, New Mills (just off the A6, nearest train station is New Mills Newtown) at 7:30pm .

About this group

We are currently looking for new volunteers!

Environmental group WLTM enthusiastic High Peak residents for a fun, active relationship. You will be either M or F, aged between 16-99, with a GSOH and desire to save the planet. Must have positive outlook on life and enjoy action rather than words.


High Peak Friends of the Earth is relaunching with new as well as long-standing members. It has a strong background of campaigning on local issues around High Peak and further afield as well as national and global issues such as climate change.
