About this Group

We're a voluntary group currently campaigning to protect bees, asking the Government to invest in renewable energy, and calling for a stop to plans for incineration in leeds. New faces and ideas always welcome.

And if you'd like to do a bit more than come along to the occasional event, the best way to get started is to join one of our regular meetings.

These are normally on the first Tuesday of the month and are held at Pomegranate Cafe on Great George Street. We gather from 6.30pm for tea at the cafe (you can order dinner or a snack), and the meeting starts at 7pm.

Incinerator protest, Wed 2 November

We'll be meeting at 12.30-1pm on Wednesday 2 November at the main entrance to the Civic Hall for a short  protest and opportunity to talk to Councillors as they arrive for a meeting where they'll be discussing the incinerator.
