Maidenhead Farmers' Market joins Recyclebank scheme

Those registering with the Council's new recycle bank scheme can now benefit from free shopping at the Farmers' Market.

The Recyclebank scheme awards householders points according to how much of their waste they put in the new blue recycling bins. These points can be converted into credits to be spent at participating local retail outlets. The householder must nominate the outlet where they wish to spend their credits. Among the participating shops is the Farmers Market. Once enough points have been accrued the householder will be issued with a £5 voucher which will be honoured by any of the market stallholders.
