More Than Honey film screening and BeeTea
North Tyneside Friends of the Earth will be hosting a screening of the award-winning new bee film More Than Honey at their group meeting on the 29th October.
More Than Honey takes an in-depth look at honeybee colonies in California, Switzerland, China and Australia, from small family beekeepers to industrialized honey farms. The film is about the relationship between mankind and honeybees, about nature and about our future. And it shows just why important Friends of the Earth's campaign to save British bees is.

Where: St Paul's Church Community Hall, Park View, Whitley Rd, Tyne and Wear NE26 2TH
Alongside the film the group will be holding a Bee Banquet and inviting local MP for Tynemouth Alan Campbell.
