Get Serious about CO2 (Jul 09)

People in Nottingham are starting to tell their local councillors to 'get serious about CO2'. Nottingham Friends of the Earth is supporting the national campaign to persuade local authorities around the country to take action to reduce carbon emissions by 40% by 2020.
