We hold regular group meetings on the last Wednesday of the month at 18:30 in the Vine Hotel, Salter St, Stafford. New members are always welcome so please contact us or join our Google group for more information.
Stafford Friends of the Earth covers the southern half of the county. Membership costs £6 waged or £3 unwaged.
The group was launched way back in the 1970s and is one of more than 200 Friends of the Earth local groups.
We campaign on a variety of local and national issues, and actions might include lobbying MPs and councillors, meeting with decision-makers and holding street stalls to give information to the public.
Members of the group have a diverse range of interests, from food to climate change. The group continues to grow steadily in members and new members are always welcome.
