Government loses appeal on cuts to FITs tariff - now they want to appeal to the Supreme Court!
Friends of the Earth and other ampaigners have called on ministers to embrace "the energy of the future" after the Government has lost its bid to overturn a High Court ruling that plans to cut subsidies for solar panels on homes are unlawful.
