Tottenham Carnival - Living Under One Sun Open Day - House-to-house leafletting - The annual national Friends of the Earth Local Groups Conference - film "Vanishing of the Bees" in Camden.

You'll be very welcome . . .

Tottenham Carnival - Saturday 23rd June Bruce Castle Park 12.00 onwards. (Parade from 11.00)

Enjoy the Carnival, meet us on our stall and find out more about our work. Dress up in a bee costume! (See photo on the right.)

Living Under One Sun Open Day - Saturday July 14th 12.30 - 6.30, Tottenham Hale Allotments, Mill Mead Road.

Living Under One Sun organises community food growing in Haringey. This day is called "Blooming Beds and Bees - Festival of Flowers, Food & Honey" and there will be competitions, dance, music and workshops. Come and see us - and dress up in a bee costume if you like! (See photo on the right.)

The annual national Friends of the Earth Local Groups Conference 14-16 September at Imperial College, London.

For the first time Conference is inviting people from outside Friends of the Earth to join us on the Saturday for inspiring speakers, workshops and training sessions, plus a ceilidh and Secret Garden Party DJs - and more.

Out-of-area event

Camden Friends of the Earth are showing the film Vanishing of the Bees on 10 July from 6.30pm at Camley Street Nature Reserve near Kings Cross station. The film will be followed by a couple of speakers and a discussion. Entrance is free, there will be a donation pot. More information here.
