See things differently

A chance to get involved

Waltham Forest Friends of the Earth will be taking part in two great events in September and October - and you could be there with us.

We'll be holding stalls at Countryside Live on Leyton Marsh over the weekend of 27-28 September. And then just two weeks later at the annual Apple Day, which takesplace once again at Vestry House Museum in Walthamstow on Saturday 12 October.

If you fancy coming along and lending a hand then please get in touch. Once again we'll be handing out free packets of wildlflower seeds and posters to encourage people to get bee-friendly. We're also hoping to run workshop where you can make your own bee hotel. Any spare bamboo cane much appreciated!

And in case you're wondering....no experience required. All you need to bring is yourself, a smile and your enthusiasm to talk to people about all things green. We'll even buddy you up with someone who's done it all before.

Plus, there's a chance to wear a daft bee costume if you want to. What more could you ask for?
