Shout about climate change

Shout about climate change week is almost upon us. Lots of schools and youth groups have now signed up to receive the pack and take part in the week. Running from 7-11 November, there's still time for your school to get involved.

Ask your teacher to sign up to receive our Shout about climate change pack. It's crammed with information and exciting activity ideas for 11-13 year olds. You could also win a digital camera for your school and get your artwork featured on the cover of our magazine simply by entering a poster in our competition.

What are other schools doing for the Shout about week?

Mountfitchet High School in Stansted is planning a week full of activities. Students will be making a film about climate change, visiting a renewable energy company to see how wind power works and taking part in lots of competitions. And with an environmental road show planned for the Friday they are a great example of how schools can get involved.

Students at Fairwater High School, Cwmbran get into character for the role play activity See what Fairwater High School (MPEG 3.7MB) in Cwmbran got up to when we launched the Shout about climate change pack in Wales in June this year.

If your school is taking part let us know what you are planning to do by emailing [email protected].

MPEG is a video file format. To view MPEG files, download a MPEG video player such as Apple Quicktime, Microsoft Media Player or Xine.
