Johnny Borrell sees the Razorlight

You've heard of Razorlight. We've heard of Razorlight. The Queen heard Razorlight play.

Their lead singer, Johnny Borrell, pledged his support for The Big Ask campaign to help tackle climate change. Now he's urging fans to sign up.

If you care about something you should get involved in it. You shouldn't be scared of standing up for what you believe in.

How can I help?

Johnny and his mates had all watched An Inconvenient Truth. The next day he phoned up Friends of the Earth:

Hi, I'm Johnny and I'd like to help out.

How low can you goJohnny Borrell

Johnny spent a low carbon day with Friends of the Earth. He did a variety of things he would normally do, but in ways that are carbon efficient.

It showed him that there are climate solutions out there, like the solar powered studio, which he could use in everyday life.

How can everyone help?

You can switch to low energy light bulbs and think about how much water you waste, or which transport you use.

Johnny also thinks it's absolutely crucial that you make your voice heard to make the big changes happen.

It's so easy to do. Go to the website, send the email off to your MP and tell your friends about it.

And for an encore

If we get a strong climate law I think it will have an effect on every kind of industry - a great step in the right direction.

The Climate Change Bill is entering its final stages before becoming law, so you can act now to make sure it is as strong as possible.
