Tips - Sticky barbecue grate

After you've had a barbeque, sprinkle the hot grate liberally with salt to absorb grease. Once it's dry, clean with a brush. To clean an already dirty grate, scrub with salty water and a soft brush. Dry and apply a coating of vegetable or linseed oil to stop it rusting.
