Fruity crumbles
Take advantage of the season's fruits, and make a delicious crumble. Recipes vary, but here's one you could try using 150g plain flour, 75g sugar, 75g cold butter (cubed), and a few porridge oats. Work the butter into flour till it looks like breadcrumbs, then add sugar and oats. Put prepared fruit (eg apples, blackberries, plums) in baking dish with sprinkle of sugar.
