Carpets have a huge environmental impact so try and make yours last as long as possible. Even when they really are no longer suitable for the floor, there are a number of ways to re-use small pieces. Use to line bottoms of cupboards or the boot of the car - easy to remove for cleaning. Also ideal for lining pet's baskets, for use as doormats, lagging for pipes.
