Ken Livingstone (Mayor of London 2000 - 2008) will be speaking at Local Groups Conference 2010 at the University of Reading.
Bringing his own reflections on tackling environmental issues and his track record as a politician who's never been afraid to speak his mind, Ken will address the theme of Conference "Power and Politics: can we create a different environment?"
