The Age of Stupid4 March 2009
The Age of Stupid is a new film about the consequences of dangerous climate change.
It's released in cinemas around the UK from 15 March.
What's it all about?
This drama documentary stars Oscar-nominated actor Pete Postlethwaite. He stars as an old man living in the devastated world of 2055.
Watching archived footage he questions why we didn't stop climate change while we had the chance.
We want to be part of the sea change in awareness which leads to the greatest ever public uprising which in turn forces the world's governments to make a binding international agreement to cut global emissions.
Age of Stupid director Franny Armstrong
The film documents six key stories focusing on:
- Climate change
- Oil
- War
- Politics
- Consumerism
Press for change
You can take action now by calling for climate justice at the G20 summit in April.
Ask Gordon Brown to put climate first.
