2010

Online campaign development event
28 June 2010

There's a lot of campaigning left to do this year but we're already thinking about what our campaigns might look like in 2011 and beyond.

Our current areas of focus are very important and we're having some great successes that we want to build on.  At the same time, we're looking at other potential important campaigns on a range of issues - and you can get involved.

Call for local group members

Tell us what you think about the ideas on the table and how well they'll work for grassroots campaigning.

The online Campaign Development Event will run for four weeks over the summer (starting end July or early August).

If you're not in a group, find out how to get active with Friends of the Earth in your community.

What will it involve?

We'd like you to:

  • read a bit about the campaigns so far
  • answer some questions about what you think of them
  • have an online conversation on and off over a few weeks with other groups members and possibly staff.

We're also looking for group members to help facilitate the discussions.

What to do next?

If you're interested, send us an email by Friday 23 July (please tell us which group you're a member of).

There's no obligation at this stage - we'll be back in touch again soon with more information.
