Here's an easy way you can make a difference as the Copenhagen climate talks unfold - all from the comfort of home, office, coffee shop, or even while on the move.

If you sign up to our Copenhagen action alerts, we'll send you daily emails with simple but effective things you can do to influence the negotiators.

We'll be updating these as the talks progress.

So it's a chance to shape the direction of the talks on a day-to-day basis - and take part in making history.

Actions might include emailing or texting a negotiator, or writing to your local media.

These things really make a difference.

Radiohead's Thom Yorke

Take our
Big Ask campaign,
where nearly
200,000 people
contacted their MPs
to ask for
a strong climate law.

Public figures such as Radiohead's Thom Yorke (above) came out in support too. The result was the 2008 Climate Change Act - a world first.

So please sign up. A few minutes of your time could make the world of a difference.
