European Union protest at talks
15 December 2009

Here's a couple of snaps from a sit in at the Bella Center, the main conference centre for the climate talks.

It was to tell the European Union to up its emissions targets and stop dragging it's feet.

Europe must commit to at least 40 per cent cuts in greenhouse gas emissions by 2020.

At the moment it is way off the mark.

The UK has a chance to set an example and commit itself to an ambitious target.

With Gordon Brown arriving in Copenhagen today, he has a chance to make a claim to be a world leader.

C'mon Gordon. Show us what you can do.

Today's action

Email the Swedes and tell them to stop blocking the talks.
