Creating more effective dialogue between groups, board and staff19 September 2013
Following a motion at this year's Basecamp, a working group of staff, local group and Board members has been set up to identify ways to make dialogue between groups, the Board and staff more effective.
The working group is up and running and is due to complete its work - agreeing proposals to make to the Board - by January 2014.
On this page you'll find more information about the group's work and the plans for consultation. We aim to update this page periodically.

Sponsors
Roger Clarke is the Board sponsor and Joe Jenkins is the senior management staff sponsor for the project. Both will be engaged with the process although they're not on the working group.
Consulting groups
We'll be emailing groups again in mid-October with details of how they can contribute. We expect to offer lighter ways to input through an online survey as well as more in-depth opportunities to give your thoughts, probably through teleconferences.
Documents
We'll shortly publish here the formal brief for the project, signed-off by the project sponsors. This will set out the aims, objectives, remit and ways of working. The timeline in this document is subject to change.
