The Food Chain campaign asks the Government to support good food, thriving farms and a healthy planet.
Groups such as Friends of the Earth Paraguay are on the front line of this campaign.
Factory farming demands massive amounts of soy - a key ingredient in animal feed. Most of this comes from Latin America.
Vast swathes of forest have to be cleared to grow the soy. This results in further greenhouse gas emissions and the loss of valuable wildlife habitat.
To show our common cause with Friends of the Earth Paraguay, activists back in the UK have recorded messages of support in Spanish.
