Supporter of the week: Codes in the Clouds
To celebrate Friends of the Earth's 40th anniversary, I've been talking to some of the supporters who've made it all possible. Codes in the Clouds (right) is a UK post-rock band who are climate change conscious.
"We've applied the idea of recycling to a record.
"Last year we released 'Paper Canyon Recycled', after asking fans and fellow artists for remixes of tracks from our debut album, 'Paper Canyon'.
We've given all profits from the sale to Friends of the Earth.
"We wanted to give to an environmental charity.
"Friends of the Earth's message, 'There is a tomorrow' reflects how we feel about climate change.
"We're young, we're not experts, but we care about the environment as it affects everyone.
"And we're big fans of being able to breathe."
