Our supporters keep legal challenge on track16 December 2011
Yesterday's High Court success wouldn't have been possible without the generosity and time of our supporters.
We appealed for help to challenge the Government's plans to slash support for solar energy.
Thanks to the response of our supporters we've been able to pursue the case. A full hearing will now take place next week.
We believe the Government's plans are unfair and illegal. As part of our Final Demand campaign we're calling for the Government to support clean, British energy - instead of gas and coal which are behind rising energy bills.
