Andy Atkins, Friends of the Earth's Executive Director, will be speaking at the TUC Climate Change Conference 2011.
The Conference is on 6 July at Congress House, London.
In the Conference's closing statement he'll draw on conclusions from the Greenest Government Ever: One Year On report by Jonathon Porritt.
Friends of the Earth commissioned the Sustainable Development Commissioner to assess the Government's green record during its first year in office.
The Conference also features a high level panel debate on the topical question: what makes a good green government?
Panellists include Environment Secretary Chris Huhne; Shadow Environment Secretary Meg Hillier; and (tbc) Green Party spokesperson Caroline Lucas MP.
