Friends of the Earth suggests innovative ways for
Government to create jobs:

• By reusing and recycling waste
• Through the production of renewable energy
• By investing in ethical businesses
• Through alternative economic models

The rural economy is also a priority and we are
exploring how the development of a local and regional food economy and decreasing dependence on supermarkets can contribute to resolving the crisis in farming.
