Can my legacy be used for a particular area of work?8 June 2011
Our work benefits most from gifts that can be used on any number of campaigns. This is because priorities can change very quickly.
For example - a new threat to the environment may mean shifting our campaign work in a new direction.
It's a great shame if Friends of the Earth cannot benefit from a legacy due to binding conditions we cannot fulfil.
You can request that your gift is used in a specific area of our work. However - if possible - please state it as a preference and not a condition.
