Can I donate shares to Friends of the Earth?8 June 2011
Transferring shares directly to us creates lots of paperwork and lost hours. We also can't accept shares in some companies.
The solution? Sharegift use the proceeds of donated shares to give to a wide range of UK charities - including Friends of the Earth.
They wait until there are enough to sell and raise money - useful for shares not normally worth selling.
We'd be extremely grateful if you could contact ShareGift who will sell the shares on your behalf.
Thank you for thinking of us.
